As the founder of Tone Salon in Fortville, Indiana, Kimber transformed her business from a hybrid rental model into a fully employee-based salon and nearly doubled revenue to seven figures in just two years. With a team of 10 W-2 employees serving more than 2,000 guests annually and 15-30 applications coming in every single month, Tone is proof that the employee-based model isn't dead,  it's thriving.
